Review Process
Initial Review
Most matters can be resolved quickly through direct communication. We encourage you to raise any issues or suggestions as soon as possible.
formal review
If further review is needed, you are welcome to submit a formal written request. Your feedback will be reviewed by a senior team member not involved in the original matter.
We strive to acknowledge all feedback within 2 business day and provide a written response within 10 business days.
Further Assistance
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of our internal review, you may refer your feedback or complaint to the Tax Practitioners Board, our governing regulatory body.
